Release Notes
A Smoother Editing Experience
May 14, 2025
This release includes two focused updates designed to remove friction and bring back functionality users rely on:
- Cleaner Hyperlink Entry: When adding a hyperlink to a shape, the field previously included
https://
as actual text, requiring users to delete it manually or risk a broken link. We've replaced that with placeholder text that automatically disappears once content is entered, so you can now paste your full URL without extra steps. - Draggable Editor Dialog Restored: Based on your feedback, we’ve reinstated the ability to drag the editor dialog. This functionality was initially removed due to limitations with the underlying tech, but it’s now been rebuilt and restored, giving you the flexibility to move the dialog and better view the canvas while editing.
New Logo & Updated App Footer
May 1, 2025
This minor release includes subtle but important improvements to align our platform with our updated brand identity and enhance user access to our online content.
✨ What’s New
- New Logo: We’ve updated our in-app logo to reflect our fresh, new brand identity.
- Footer Enhancements: Our app footer now includes direct links to our official YouTube and LinkedIn pages, making it easier for users to stay connected and informed.
Confidential Change Requests
February 18, 2025
Do you need to create or update flows but the details and discussions around them are sensitive and sharing them could breach privacy policies? By marking a change request as confidential, you can update and communicate with necessary team members without worrying about exposure. Only the assignee and users with Approver or Admin role can see the changes and comments. Even after publishing the changes, any related comments remain private (unless the Confidential checkbox is cleared). Learn more
Assignee Search
February 18, 2025
When you have a lot of members in an entry point, it can be a long list to go through to change the assignee on a change request. We've added search capability to help you find the right user quicker. Enter any part of the name (or email address!) to see potential matches that you can choose from.
Change Request API
January 3, 2025
The Procedureflow API now allows access to change request data to fetch change requests or create/update change requests and underlying flows. Activity data of change requests is currently not supported. Learn more
