Confidential Change Requests

Do you need to create or update flows but the details and discussions around them are sensitive and sharing them could breach privacy policies? By marking a change request as confidential, you can update and communicate with necessary team members without worrying about exposure. Only the assignee and users with Approver or Admin role can see the changes and comments. Even after publishing the changes, any related comments remain private (unless the Confidential checkbox is cleared). Learn more

Assignee Search

When you have a lot of members in an entry point, it can be a long list to go through to change the assignee on a change request. We've added search capability to help you find the right user quicker. Enter any part of the name (or email address!) to see potential matches that you can choose from.

Change Request API

The ProcedureFlow API now allows access to change request data to fetch change requests or create/update change requests and underlying flows. Activity data of change requests is currently not supported. Learn more
