Making a Change Request Confidential

If the details and discussions around a change request are sensitive, and sharing them could breach privacy policies, you can mark them as confidential. When a change request is marked as confidential, you can update and communicate with necessary team members without worrying about exposure. Only the assignee and users with Approver or Admin role can see the changes and comments. Even after publishing the changes, the related comments remain private (unless the Confidential checkbox is cleared).
