Overview

The Unreviewed Changes Insight shows how many unreviewed change requests each entry point member has so coaches can encourage members to review and adopt changes to flows.

What this report shows

The table lists all members tied to the selected entry point (or filtered down to a single member), along with how many change requests they have not reviewed. Click a user’s name to see the names of the unreviewed change request(s) and then you can open and view each change request.

Why it’s important

Organizations in regulated and high-risk operational environments must ensure that frontline employees are aware of and acknowledge updates to critical procedures. You want to ensure that users are reviewing changes to processes as they occur to reduce the risk of them following outdated processes.

• Drill into individual team members to see which specific change requests remain unreviewed, enabling managers to follow up on critical updates.
