About Insights

Insights requires an appropriate pricing plan and can be viewed by users with one of the following roles: Org Admins, Entry Point Admins, Reporters and Approvers.  

Procedureflow Insights is a collection of reporting dashboards that provide greater analytics detail in a more efficient and interactive visual format. These graphs give you insights into team engagement and process performance and help you to cut down on process times and identify best practices.

While the current reports are limited to the last month, the new Insights dashboards can pull data for predefined or custom date ranges to show trends over time. Hover over points on the graph to see a tooltip explaining what that datapoint represents

Note You will only see the Insights menu if you have Reporter role or higher on at least one entry point, and you will only see data for entry points that you are a member of.

FAQ

Will there be historical data in the Insights view, or does it start fresh?

The Insights page will pull from historical usage data, so you’ll be able to view entry point and flow activity as far back as we’ve tracked it.

Is this replacing any current reports?

Over time, yes. Eventually, the new Insights page will replace the 'Reports' section within each entry point, offering a more dynamic, visual, and flexible experience. This won't happen right away and you will be notified in advance.

Can I see usage across multiple entry points at once?

Not at this time - filters are applied per entry point.

Can Admins customize what’s shown in Insights?

Not at this stage. All eligible users will see the same standardized dashboard.
