Disabling and Enabling Users
Only an Org Admin can disable and enable users.
If a user is no longer active in ProcedureFlow, you can disable them to remove them from the billing cycle.
We do not allow a user to be deleted because they may still be referenced in change history. From an auditing perspective, you want to know who submitted changes, published changes, commented, etc.
Disabling a user
- Click Administration at the top of the page, then click Users.
- Select the Active users toggle.
- Click the user you wish to disable and scroll to bottom of page, then click Disable.
The user is moved to the Disabled Users list and is removed from all entry points.
Reactivating a user
A previously disabled user can be reactivated to allow them to use ProcedureFlow again.
- Click Administration at the top of the page, then click Users.
- Select the Disabled users toggle.
- Click the user you wish to reactivate and scroll to bottom of page, then click Enable.
- The user is returned to the Active Users list. You must now reset the user's entry point memberships.
