Change Requests Overview

Each user can have multiple change requests open at once, each named to reflect the changes they contain. Each change request contains all the flows in an entry point.

Contributor users can view a list of other open change requests and their status, to quickly see if a required or desired change is already in motion.

When editing the flows in a change request, you can test the navigation of all flows and links to see how it will work when live.

There is a handy shortcut to the editing process directly from the live version: you will be prompted to continue editing within an existing change request or start a new change request, which then opens the flow in the Editing canvas.

Approver users can assign a change request to a different user to take over edits. Similarly they can assign a change request to themselves to make simple changes directly and avoid back-and-forth feedback.
