Archiving and Deleting an Entry Point
Only Org Admins can archive and delete entry points.
Tidy up entry points you no longer need by archiving them. Archiving an entry point will:
- remove all members and their roles
- prevent anyone from viewing the flows
- keep all flows, drafts, and change history.
If you want to remove the entry point permanently, you can then delete the archive. Note that an archived entry point can be restored (unarchived), but a deleted archive is gone forever.
To archive an entry point:
- Click Administration at the top of the page, then click Entry Points.
- Select the entry point you want to archive.
- From Settings, click Archive at the bottom.
- Click the Archive button to confirm that you want to archive it.
Once an entry point is archived, it will appear in the list of Archived entry points:
From here, select an entry point to then delete or unarchive. Remember that if you delete an archived entry point, it can never be restored.
