Linking to Other Flows or External Websites

This function can be performed by users with Contributor role or higher

You can link any text in any shape to another flow or to an external website. 

1. Add a new shape to your editing canvas and type in the desired text, or open an existing shape that has text. 
2. Select the words you want to hyperlink. 

3. Click the link icon.

   

4. To link to an external website:
   • Click the radio button beside Hyperlink.   
   • Type or paste in the URL of the desired website.
   • Click Insert. 
5. To link to another flow: 
   • Click the radio button beside Flow
   • Type the title of the desired flow in the Search for a flow bar. 
   • Select desired flow from list of search results.
   • Click Insert.
6. The desired text will now be hyperlinked.  
7. Click Add (or Update) to finish and return to the editing canvas.
