Hyperlinking to Subflows and External Websites

You can link any text in a shape to an external website or to another subflow. 

1. Drag a new shape onto the editing canvas. 
2. Type in your desired text. 
3. Select the words you want to hyperlink. 
4. In Add Shape dialog box, click the chain icon.
5. To link to an external website:
   • Click the radio button beside Hyperlink.   
   • Type in the URL address of the desired website.
   • Click Insert. 
6. To link to another subflow: 
   • Click the radio button beside Flow
   • Type the title of the desired flow in the Search for a flow bar. 
   • Select desired flow from list of search results.
   • Click Insert.
7. The desired text will now be hyperlinked.  
8. Click Add to finish adding the new shape onto the editing canvas. 
9. Click Save and Close to save your draft.
