Submitting Changes for Approval (legacy)

This function can be performed by users with Contributor role or higher

Once you have made all desired changes/modifications to your draft, you are now ready to submit your draft for approval.   

  1. Make sure you Save and Close any flows that you've been working on.   
  2. To submit your draft for approval, click Review Your Changes.
  3. Give your change set a title.
  4. Click Submit For Approval.
  5. A confirmation bar will appear confirming that your draft has been submitted for approval. 
  6. Your changes will not replace the live version until it has been approved.
