Swapping Shapes

This function can be performed by users with Contributor role or higher.

You can easily change a shape to a different shape.  For example, maybe you used the wrong shape in a flow, or a change request necessitates changing a linear flow into a decision tree.

Right-click on the shape and choose Change shape to...

A dialog box appears allowing you to choose the new shape:

The shape's original position, connectors and content are maintained.

Undo or redo as needed!

Note:  Images cannot be swapped.
