Swapping Shapes

This function can be performed by users with Contributor role or higher.

You can easily change a shape to a different shape.  For example, maybe you used the wrong shape in a flow, or a change request necessitates changing a linear flow into a decision tree.

Right-click on the shape and choose Change shape to... and choose the new shape.

The shape's original position, connectors and content are maintained.

Undo or redo as needed!

Note  Images cannot be swapped.
